Redesign Phase

The redesign phase focused on addressing the issues uncovered during the user research. This included introducing a faster sign-up option using itsme, clarifying button labels through UX writing, offering multiple language choices for broader accessibility, and strengthening Cambio’s visual brand identity to create a consistent, user-friendly experience across every touchpoint.

By streamlining the sign-up process and enhancing the overall user experience, this redesign aims to expand Cambio’s customer base and maintain its competitive edge. Leveraging existing strengths such as competitive pricing and a well-established Belgian user base, the new design mitigates weaknesses like an outdated interface and complex onboarding. This leads to fewer drop-offs, heightened brand trust, and a more appealing service that stands out in the ever-evolving car-sharing market.
