I'm obsessed with watching people use products in real life. Where do they get stuck? What makes them angry? That's what I fix. With roots in Italian hospitality and a focus on UX research and accessibility, I work with AI agents to code my designs into functional prototypes.

UX Research First

I start by observing how people actually use products—their workarounds, frustrations, and patterns. Understanding the problem comes before designing the solution.

Accessibility as Standard

I build accessibility in from day one, not as an afterthought. I design for WCAG compliance from the start, ensuring products work for everyone.

Design Meets Technology

With a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, I bridge design and development. I use AI agents to code my designs, so I can show working prototypes instead of static mockups.

From Hotel Management to UX Design

I spent years in hospitality—managing guest experiences, anticipating needs, removing friction.

Now I apply those same skills to digital products. I observe real user behavior, focus on accessibility, and design solutions that feel natural. Based in Belgium, fluent in English, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese.
