UX/UI Designer
Designing smoother daily experiences
I observe how people interact with products in real life—the small frustrations, the workarounds, the moments of confusion. Then I design solutions that make those experiences flow naturally. With roots in Italian hospitality and a focus on UX research and accessibility, I bridge design and development by leveraging AI tools to bring ideas to life.

I start by observing how people actually use products—their workarounds, frustrations, and patterns. Understanding the problem comes before designing the solution.
Not a feature—a requirement. I design for WCAG compliance from the start, ensuring products work for everyone, not just the average user.
With a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, I bridge design and development. I work with AI agents to rapidly prototype and validate ideas, ensuring designs are technically feasible.
My path to UX wasn't traditional. I spent years in hospitality—managing guest experiences, anticipating needs, removing friction. Then I realized: that was UX design, just without screens.
Now I bring that same mindset to digital products. I observe real user behavior, focus on accessibility, and design solutions that feel natural. Based in Belgium, working in Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese—and improving my French daily.
